Hiroshi Matsui is the Vice President, Business Development & Customer Success at Indicio, responsible for a focus on Asia and Japan.

With years of experience in helping investment banking and venture capital both in the US and Japan, Hiroshi brings additional business relationships to the Indicio team

Hiroshi Matsui spent most of his career in investment banking in Japan and the US, where he specialized in Japanese equity sales and corporate access. He worked at WestLB, ING Barings, Mizuho Securities, and other multinational banks for over twenty years before becoming a key member of SWAN Venture Group.  It was SWAN’s investment in Indicio where he first met Indicio.

Hiroshi holds a B.A. from Waseda University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is fluent in both Japanese and English.
