How it works

Issue a Verifiable Credential to a known customer. They store it in their digital wallet.
When the customer calls, your verifier software sends a push notification over a secure channel, asking them to share the credential.
Your verifier software cryptographically checks that the credential they present is the one you issued, and that the customer controls their end of the channel.
That’s it. No third-party IDV providers, no stored personal data. Credentials can’t be shared, stolen, or forged.
