Holdr+ v1.2.2
- Settings screen now auto-populates stated user name
- Peer to peer QR Code navigates to home screen and shows new connection is made

- Fixes the Indicio TestNet post network reset

Holdr+ v1.3.2
- Holdr+ now uses new Cloudscale Mediator
- Credential offers and proof requests are now handled in chat interface
