Indicio’s Chief Marketing Officer Helen Garneau is recognized by the Linux Foundation’s umbrella organization for her leadership in decentralized technologies and building open source communities.
As part of the LF Decentralized Trust’s celebration of a decade successfully promoting decentralized technologies, the organization recently announced 10 Community Recognition Awards, one of which was awarded to Indicio’s Chief Marketing Officer, Helen Garneau.
LF Decentralized Trust thanked Helen for almost a decade of leadership in the open source community and contributions, and for serving as a “role model” in the way she has championed LF Decentralized Trust and its work.
“Contributing to the LF Decentralized Trust community has been a cornerstone of my work at Indicio,” said Garneau on receipt of the award. “This community proves how powerful open source can be when people rally around shared standards and real collaboration. Helping tell the story of identity projects, giving them clarity, visibility, and a voice, has shown me how much good marketing builds our collective success. When an open source project’s work is understood, adopted, and championed, the whole ecosystem moves forward. It’s been a privilege to support these projects, the contributors behind them, and the open-source values that make decentralized identity possible.”
